Removing extruded fragments with pituitary rongeurs during Posterior microscopic tubular cervical foraminotomy (PMTCF).

In cases of posterolateral disc herniation, pituitary rongeurs can be used to extract the fragment during Posterior endoscopic cervical foraminotomy (PECF).
