Subaxial cervical, stable, high ESCC

Patients without mechanical instability, have SINS 0-6, and do not experience movement-exacerbated pain.
Patients with high grade ESCC (2-3) due to solid tumor malignancies have displacement or deformation of the spinal cord caused by tumor that originated in a solid organ.
These patients may experience neurologic symptoms including motor and/or sensory deficits, bowel and bladder dysfunction and loss of ambulation.
