This module covers the treatment options for:

  • Salter-Harris type I and II
  • Torus/buckle and greenstick fractures
  • Simple and multifragmentary complete metaphyseal fractures

This includes detailed procedures on K-wire and elastic nail fixation, in addition to nonoperative management with immobilization of the shoulder.
