21r-E/M + 21u-M   Radial head/neck + olecranon fracture

Combination of a radial neck fracture with an olecranon fracture (proximal to the coronoid) is an unstable fracture pattern.

The fracture of the proximal ulna may be an incomplete (‘greenstick’) or a complete fracture.
