23-M/2.1   Metaphyseal, torus/buckle fractures, both bones

Nonoperative management is the most frequent and the most successful treatment option for the torus fractures. Treatment of this fracture is mainly to manage the pain during the first days after injury.

The greenstick variant, which tends to displace, requires careful three-point molding of a cast to maintain alignment.
