Complete articular fracture, simple articular, multifragmentary metaphyseal

Complete articular simple and metaphyseal multifragmentary fractures are classified by the AO/OTA as 41C2 fractures. They are a result of a high-velocity injuryies and may therefore be associated with severe soft-tissue envelope complications.
