Unilateral anterior arch fractures
These fractures can involve:
- Pubic bone and/or rami
- Pubic bone and symphysis
These are classified as AO/OTA 61A2.2 fractures.
Bilateral anterior arch fracture
These injuries can involve the:
- Pubic rami (bilaterally)
- Pubic rami on one side plus pubic symphysis
These are classified as AO/OTA 61A2.3 fractures.
